Teonna Thomas is a well-traveled Registered Dietitian with a voracious appetite to share the gift of wellness with others. Teonna earned her M.B.A., B.S. in Nutrition, and A.S. in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University; then completed her Dietetic Internship at The University of Oklahoma. Teonna is now a full-time Doctor of Clinical Nutrition student focusing on integrative health, bringing a holistic approach to her philosophy. Teonna embarked on her nutrition journey in 4th grade when the county hospital chose her school to participate in a pilot wellness program. Since then, passionate about the life-changing benefits of nutrition, Teonna has focused on integrative health approaches, intuitive eating, and overall well-being.

Her mission is to distill the science of nutrition into digestible information so that all can experience healthy lifestyle benefits.
